On Friday, June 14, 2024, the World Food Programme (WFP) and the RDI team, including Dr. Saut Sagala (RDI Senior Research Fellow), Eri Krismaya, Dekka Dhirgantara Putra, Kharis Aulia, and Tiara, convened a discussion on integrating the CLEAR+ methodology with adaptation options for livelihood resilience and the prediction of future climate impacts.
In addition, it is essential that CLEAR+ adaptation efforts are aligned with local policies. By adopting the CLEAR+ methodology, WFP hopes to have a significant impact on the local community through its approach and adaptation options.
WFP is conducting a study that will build on previous baseline data; this ongoing study is a livelihood impact projection study. The expected results of this study could generate recommendations for integration into development plans in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province to address the challenges posed by climate change.
