(Mentorship Program) Scale Green Flores
19 August - 20 September
Scale Green Flores is a 3.5-month business mentorship program conducted in Manggarai Barat and Ende, aimed at strengthening local businesses by focusing on financial, operational, and marketing improvements. The program helps entrepreneurs develop sustainable businesses, defined as those that can operate long-term while considering the well-being of people and the environment. Currently, 66% of businesses globally adopt this approach, and local businesses can also make a positive impact in their regions.
Eligibility:
- Entrepreneurs aged 18-35
- Based in Ende, Manggarai Barat, or Nagekeo
- Running an agriculture-related business operating for at least 6 months
- Two team members must participate in the program
- Commit to attending the 3.5-month program
- Complete the application form

- August 19 – September 20, 2024: Registration
- September 23 – October 4, 2024: Selection Process
- October 11, 2024: Announcement of Participants
- October 28 – December 22, 2024: Phase 1 – Sustainable Business Training
- January 6 – 17, 2025: Finalist Selection
- January 20 – February 23, 2025: Phase 2 – Market Mentoring
- March 2025: Pitching & Market Connection Day
